All deliveries are sent using DPD’s Next Day service. You will receive an SMS on the morning of delivery with a 1 hour timeslot for your delivery.
This product is made fresh to order for the date you choose. We cannot accept responsibility or offer a refund if you are not available to receive the item at the time of delivery.
Please note that if you use the dpd app or website to change your delivery date after placing your order, we won’t send out a fresh item for the new date – your original item will be held by dpd at their depot until your new delivery date. Due to the item being sent out fresh we cannot accept responsibility if the item spoils or isn’t as fresh as usual in this instance.
