Golden Ticket Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the giveaway, customers must make a purchase on Saturday 26th October during the event.
This giveaway is open to all paying customers present on the day of the event, Saturday 26th October, at the venue.
2. Prizes and Redemption
The prizes are redeemable within 12 months from the date of the event (26th October 2024). Any prizes not redeemed within this period will be forfeited.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person. The original winner must redeem their prize personally.
To redeem a prize, the winner must present the original winning golden ticket. No replacements or exceptions will be made for lost or damaged tickets.
Prizes cannot be redeemed on the same day as the event (26th October 2024). Any attempt to redeem on the event day will be refused.
3. Prize Collection
The winner must contact us at least 48 hours in advance of their desired collection date to arrange for the prize to be available. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the prize not being available due to stock limitations.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or alternative products.
4. Specific Prize Conditions
Free Brownies for a Year: The winner is entitled to one box of four brownies per week for a period of 52 weeks. Brownies cannot be exchanged for any other products, and only the winner is eligible to collect the prize each time. Collections must be made in person.
VIP Card: This card entitles the winner to 50% off in-store purchases at any time during November 2024. This discount cannot be applied outside of November 2024.
Free Boxes of Cupcakes, Treat Boxes, and Dipping Boxes: These boxes come as standard and cannot be customised in any way. The contents are fixed.
5. Additional Information
This giveaway is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize for an item of equal value if necessary.
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions and accept that the organiser’s decision is final.
These terms and conditions are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
