Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery Days:
We deliver on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Delivery dates can be selected during checkout, and we will dispatch your order the day before your chosen delivery date. During seasonal periods such as Christmas, we may offer additional delivery days, which will be made available to select at checkout.
Courier Service:
All orders are dispatched via Evri Next Day. While we aim to ensure your order arrives on time, Antonia’s Cakes cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
Delays or Damage:
While we carefully package all orders to avoid damage, we cannot accept liability for items that are damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@antoniascakes.co.uk with photos, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Delivery Responsibility:
We are not responsible if the recipient is not home to accept the delivery. Couriers may leave the package in a designated safe place or with a neighbor if instructed, but this is done at your own risk.
Order Customization:
All products are made to order and customized based on your selection. As a result, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
Freshness Guarantee:
Our brownies are freshly made to order and sealed for optimal freshness. To enjoy them at their best, consume them within 5 days of delivery or freeze for longer storage.
Letterbox Fit:
Our products are not letterbox friendly, so someone will need to be home to accept the delivery. Alternatively, provide a safe place or neighbor for the courier to leave your package.
Tracking Information:
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please use this to monitor your delivery status and contact Evri directly for any delivery issues.
Weather and Seasonal Factors:
During warmer months, please note that chocolate-based items may soften or melt during transit. We recommend storing products in a cool, dry place upon delivery.
