How do I place an order online
Simply choose your item and add it to the basket. Once you're at the checkout you can choose a date and time to pick up your order, or if it's a postal item you can choose the date you would like to receive it.
Can I place a custom order for something that isn't on the website?
Absolutely! Just drop us a message on Instagram, Facebook or Whatsapp or by email at info@antoniascakes.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.
Please note we can't always discuss custom orders in-store because we're busy during open hours, so we recommend messaging to avoid disappointment.
How much notice do you need?
It depends on availability for your chosen date.
For online orders, if you can select the date at the checkout then we have availability. If the date is greyed out then it's not available. The majority of products have a 12 hour lead time.
We can often accommodate custom orders with a few hours notice, dependant on availability. Get in touch via email at info@antoniascakes.co.uk, or on Instagram or Facebook to check availability.
How long does it take for you to respond to my enquiry?
We aim to reply to messages within 48 hours, although most of the time it's within a few hours.
During busy periods in the bakery we try to catch up on messages and enquiries over the weekend.
Urgent messages about orders that are iminent will be replied to straight away where possible.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
We don't offer any free-from products at the moment.
How do I store my cake when I get it home?
Cakes should be stored in the fridge. Once sliced they're best served at room temperature.
How do I pay for my custom order?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront to place a custom order. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your collection date.
If you place your order within 7 days of the date you would like to collect then full payment is required at the time of booking.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
A refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit, if you cancel your order by giving us at least 7 days notice.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Celebration and wedding cakes: 2-3 days from collection
Cupcakes: 2-3 days from purchase
Brownies and blondies: 5 days from purchase
NYC Cookies and cookie pies: 1-2 days from purchase

Do you deliver?
We offer delivery on wedding cakes, and we have a selection of postal items that are delivered nationwide. If delivery is available for the product you have chosen it will be offered at the checkout.
How do I choose a date to collect my order?
You can choose a date and time to collect your order at the checkout.
What days do you offer collection?
Collection is available Tues-Sat. Please check our open times for more information.
Can I collect my order before you open?
We won't be able to hand over your order before we open at 10:30am.
